Nursery Hours (term-time only)

Part Time (mornings only) - 8:45-11:45

Full Time (all day) - 8:45-2:45 (for eligible families)

The school gates will be open from 8:40

Please note: The doors and gates will be closed at 8.55am, after which time you must take your child to the school office where they will be marked as late.

It is important to be on time so that your child benefits from early education as much as possible. The morning begins with a ‘wake-up-shake-up’ session and a small group name writing task at 8:45am followed by whole class or small group learning activities indoors and outdoors.

Please say goodbye to your child when you hand them over to the class teacher at the cloakroom door. This is because the cloakroom is not big enough to facilitate all the children and parents/carers passing through. This also helps to encourage routine and independence in your child.

Please feel free to approach staff at the door with any queries or information before the day begins.

Children staying all day are asked to bring to school a healthy packed lunch from home.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a school lunch for our Nursery children.
