or

*Wednesday Afternoon 11:45am-3:10pm and Thursday and Friday Full Day 8:35am-3:10pm

Children staying all day are asked to bring to school a water bottle and a healthy packed lunch from home. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a school lunch for our Nursery children.

Nursery 30-hours FREE childcare for 3-4 year olds (for eligible families only & subject to availability)

Monday to Friday 8:35 am—3:10 pm

To find out if you are eligible for the 30-hours free childcare offer, we kindly ask you to carry out an on-line check by visiting https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare and complete the application form. Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive a code for 30-hours free childcare.

We will then ask you for your code to enable us to carry out an online check in school to confirm your child meets the 30-hour extended entitlement eligibility criteria via the Bradford Early Years Portal. Arrangements will then be made by school to invite you and your child to visit our Nursery and to complete admission forms.

Please be aware that having a Nursery place in our school does not guarantee your child a place in our Reception. If you live outside our priority areas (Cottingley/Nab Wood area) please pay  particular attention to the admission criteria for Cottingley Village Primary School which can be found on www.bradford.gov.uk/admissions the click on the link:- Guided for parents about admission arrangements to schools.

Please say goodbye to your child when you hand them over to the class teacher at the cloakroom door. This is because the cloakroom is not big enough to facilitate all the children and parents/carers passing through. This also helps to encourage routine and independence in your child.

Please feel free to approach staff at the door with any queries or information before the day begins.
